O Cosmedics is committed to your skin health and satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to O Cosmedics

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
